Holistic treatment is deep work on body and soul. It can apply several techniques from therapeutic massage and bio-energy healing to Family Constellation. I is different for everyone so we make interview before session and then together decide what would be best for certain condition.

During this treatment, long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmic and flowing are used. The pressure is deeply relaxing but not painful. This treatment is designed to:

Sports massage tends to be deeper and more intense. It helps to:

  • Reduce the stress and the tensions built up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity
  • Recover and prevent injuries whether you are an athlete or a once a week jogger.

You don’t need to do a lot of sport to choose this massage, anyone can benefit from it, including people in physically demanding jobs and those not quite so obvious (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries). Sports massage often incorporates a combination of other techniques involving stretching, compression, friction, toning, and trigger point response techniques similar to acupressure and shiatsu.

Deep tissue massage is performed with firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It’s used for:
  • Chronic aches and pain
  • Contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders

Bio-energy healing is very profound work on soul. It’s a process during which we become aware of repressed emotions, pain, cognitive concepts and fears that we have long been suppressing in our subconsciousness.

These have a strong influence on our physical and mental health and their reintegration into the unity of our being. Bio-energy healing affects both consequences and underlying causes of issues and leads to better understanding of our true nature. It includes the process of forgiving as well as accepting ourselves and the world around us.

The result is ease and elimination of a large number of health problems and the launch of inner changes that directly affect all our habits, relationships with other people and patterns of behavior we were not able to change.

In this 30 minutes treatment, one area (of your choice) of the body is treated, usually back and neck or legs.

A relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. This massage is performed using Swedish techniques consisting of long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements which help to break down adhesions and promote better circulation. Unlike deep tissue massages, a relaxation massage does not address the connective tissue of the muscles.
